Signing of a Loan Between Cabinet Secretary of The National Treasury and Planning and the Ambassador of The Republic of France in Kenya

Cabinet Secretary National Treasury and Planning Henry Rotich during the signing of a Loan agreement with the Ambassador of the Republic of France in Kenya Aline Kuster-Menager at Treasury building today 23rd January 2019. The loan amounting to Kshs.3,510,000,000 will support the implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Strategy and strengthen governance for enabling delivery and public investment in Kenya.For the last 20 year France through AFD has been a leading bilateral development partner to the Kenyan government and has made commitments amounting to Kshs.264,000,000,000.
